    Blog's Language translation

    Hi to all
I just updated my forum to 3.6.8; added Vb blog .
First : Many thanks to Steve & Jake; goes without saying the vb professional upgrade package: backup; upgrading & testing went smooth and was done in a very professional manner& no time with minimum downtime.
    Keep the good work !

    My questions:
    1. The main forum runs Arabic language; the blog is in english.
Is it possible to translate the blog into Arabic ?
i.e cpanel is in arabic except the blog section in english.

    2. The link to the blog @ navbar is in english; the rest of links are arabic:
    A. How to show this word (ÈáæÞ) as a link instead of the word (blog) in navbar ?
    B. How to show that word in all styles instead of one style?

Any advise or help is greatly appreciated.....keep the good work !

    Regards
    Bill

You need to translate the 'vBulletin Blog Admin' and 'vBulletin Blog Global' phrases in the Phrase Manager.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

      Thanks Steve;
Blog Admin, Blog Global & Phrase Manager:
      where are they located ?
Kindly provide us with more detailed steps ?
such as where to place the translated words in the file etc ?
Showing an example of these files in Arabic and /or another language's translation code will do
      I am a newbie

      Regards

        hi,

Admincp => languages & phrases => phrase manager

there you will see a label called "phrase type" (it's a drop down menu) Select the vbBlog phrases and on the next screen you will see an edit link next to each phrase (click the edit link) now vBulletin shows you a box for each language you have installed.Just type your translation into the correct translation box from english (master language) and submit the form all done. One thing to note through cPanel added arabic support there self english is the only language vBulletin offcially supports
