    The Ever-Elusive New-Style Screenshot

Anybody got a copy of the screenshot Kier posted in IRC the other day?

I'm dying to get a look at it!

    Ready? Are you?

Try not to look at it for too long or you will turn into salt. And not the kind that is used for passwords.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.

I'd love to see someone do that for their forums

              nope its changed 3 times.

Style 1 with tables like the current.
              Attachment above with tables
              Attachment above with divs

Postbit is the most difficult one since its used in so many areas.

The rest is more or less done a few minor XHTML compliance changes and probably a few more tweaks.

I'm glad you guys new enough to ask, as I knew nothing about this . I would encourage Kier to share more screenshots of preliminary shots, as they tend to help us feel happy about the process .

I could actually see quite a few people I know doing that just for fun. Lol.

Wouldn't that make the postbit really hard to add customized options if everything was above the post?

I don't think so, regarded you're not adding anything terribly huge.

This is what I added for postbit info:

I don't like having all the user stuff at the top of the post at all. I hope there's an option to have it on the left also.

There's always coding it yourself when you upgrade.

Which is not a good option. Recoding a frickin posbit is hard. vB should really give an option, left or that top ugly look.

It's hard true, but I honestly don't see the dev's adding an option to do that.
