The vBulletin Cloud service mentioned by TheXBoxCloud will not run vB3.8.7! It will only run vBulletin 5 (and with most customization features disabled).

vBulletin 5 is a massive change over vBulletin 4. Please carefully investigate that all of the features and functionality you want are present before migrating. A ton of features found in vB3 and vB4...Leave a comment:

The best upgrade from 3.8.4 would have been 3.8.8. If you still have a backup of your database before the migration, I'd roll back and then upgrade to 3.8.8....Leave a comment:

It took 2 years for vBulletin 4 to reach a level of stability and feature completeness roughly equivalent to vBulletin 3. And that was with over a dozen developers on it. There aren't that many working...👍 1Leave a comment:
