[vB 3.8.4 PL 1] "You have already rated this thread"
Error where voting, if others have already voted.
In the presence of votes given by other people (thus starlets already present), wanting to affix my vote I see the words "You have already rated this thread" when in fact I have not voted yet...

Duplicate for this one Bug 28714.
There is a patch attached which will help you to fix this one.
