Plus Characters in Email Addresses
when posting with a + in an email address, doesn't auto-create link to mailto:

What Happens:
When posting email addresses that have a + character in them do not automatically convert to a mailto: link.

What Should Happen:
The email address with a + in it should convert to a mailto: link like other email addresses do.

Reference Information:
Per RFC3696 and RFC5322 the "+" or plus character is valid. It is very useful for sub-account local delivery addressing for SPAM control and auto-sorting, etc.

Version Information:
This is definitely true for 3.8.1 and likely all previous versions.

Examples:
jay-VBULLETIN@example.com is likely a link now that I've posted.

jay+VBULLETIN@example.com is likely not a link now that I've posted.
