Import Ubb Problem

I'm trying to import my old Ubb Classic 6.6.1 board to vBulletin 3.7.4 using ImpEx. It will import the title of a thread, but none of the following posts or information.

It's like this:

Importing forum_1.threads

68.75% :: Post from -> Niceguy
Got post and DID NOT imported to the database
Got post and DID NOT imported to the database

Additionally, the Import function seems to hang a really long time before getting started - that is, if it actually does start.

Please tell me what information I need to give you to help you fix the problem.

Is this an area of the message board no one looks in to? Please help! This is a technical support issue. The new vBulletin I purchased is useless if I can not import my old board data, and it is the sole reason I chose to go with vBulletin. Again, please tell me what I need to tell you to help me.

See this post from the other ticket - https://www.vbulletin.com/issue.php?...hcode=eda5d579

I know it's the holiday season, but doesn't someone even monitor this area?

Hello? Hello? Is this thing on?!? You know, if you guys want to use this system to solve problems it would be good if you could look at this board from time to time.

Hello rjk,

I had sort of the same problem with my phorum import. Go through the 00x-files and compare the variables with the row names of your source board. That helped me and might help you.

Thank you for the response, but I have no idea what you're talking about.

Another day has come and gone and I still have no help with my import issues.

This $180 software is useless without the ability to import. My next action is to get a refund for the software, because of your inability to provide proper technical support.

Proper technical support on X-Mas? Good luck.

It's not X-mas - that was a couple of days ago. And, if they would just tell me something - anything, it would help (like, we'll help you next week for example).

I agree.

I am from Germany. Here the 25th and 26th are holidays. So it's like christmas ;).

This is not a bug, this is a miss configured import.

Would you care to provide any additional information, in the form of specifics, for example?

I explained the errors that were made in the support ticket, as well as re-running the import to prove it's fine, the main one being that this was not set in ImpExConfig.php :

define('dupe_checking', false);
