Oxygen: wrong link and version

As I can see in the manual and ImpEx itself, ImpEx can import from Oxygen (o2php) until version 1.7.x. Version 1.7.x don't exist, the last is 1.1.3.

Also, the link in the frontpage when you have the systems list, the link is to example.com, like a lot of others systems.

PS: as a simple customer, ImpEx 1.91 can't be selected for me in Member's Area, reported as 1.90.
