a lot of mistake in transferring database [phpBB3 (RC7) & Vbulletin 3.6.8]
in transferring database from impex with phpbb3 to bulletin there are always faults. After doing all the settings there is Turkish letters fault. avatars, signs and picrures are not carried.Previous members cannot sign up the site using their own information. i examined all links in the website and applied all of them. problems still exist. i deleted and installed five times

This is not a bug, this is a miss managed import.

The char sets should be est before the import.

Avatars, signs and pictures are imported.
