I have the same problem. Make changes to the profile like so

Check out the profile page and get default style

The colours havent changed at all but the font has. Thought this was a problem at first with changing what style the forum is viewed with and that overriding the custom colours, so disabled the ability to select styles. Still same problem though. Worked fine before upgrade from Beta 4 to 5.

All templates upto date, only the blog installed no other plugins or modifications made just stock vb 3.7 Beta 5

Found my problem. When you customize your profile if you put in 000000 the correct colour will appear next to it and the preview works. However in order for it to work on the profile it needs the # in front of it.

Its part user error but the preview shouldnt work with an incorrect entry

I think your problem is different, based on the other bugs reported by Greek76, but he's not provided feedback on any of them (I think they're from a customized style).

I can confirm your report in IE, however. Though I'm confused as to why it's actually working in the preview. (Firefox doesn't seem to exhibit the issue.)
