IPB 2.2 PMs are not being imported into correct folders
Sent PMs going into Inbox; Inbox PMs going to Sent folder
ImpEx is importing Sent PMs into the Inbox and putting PMs from the IPB inbox into the Sent folder.

It is also resurrecting every PM. Not sure why it is importing ones that should be deleted.
