phpBB 2.0.21 - unable to import users with blank email
ImpEx 1.82 is unable to import users from phpBB 2.0.21 with blank email addresses.
Whenever a user's email address is blank, this happens:

Invalid ImpExData object, skipping. Failed on : email

I don't think it should fail a record just because they don't have an email address typed in.

The email is a mandatroy field in vBulletin, this is correct behaviour.
