Ikonboard 3.1.4 PM and Avatar import failing
Hi Jerry,

Remember a while back you fixed the Ikonboard importer so that guest posts would be imported? Well, there are now other problems it seems and Holger, the customer, thinks it started just after you had made the changes. He says now the PM and avatar import fail. These are the errors he gets with PMs.

"Imported pm_text", Error with importing pm

and

"Invalid pm text object, skipping.fromuserid"

He also said, the names the guests had used in the posts weren't being imported. That is not a big problem, since we used a query to insert "guest" in the username field.

I have asked Holger for a descpription of the errors he is getting with the avatars and will report back.

What happens when dupe_checking is set to false in the ImpExConfig ?

In the meantime I've updated to vB 3.6.6. and set dupe_checking to false. I don't know exactly why, but know the PMs actually get imported, but the Avatars don't. I couldn't read any error, but perhaps you can tell me where? The impexerror-table is empty, although I put
$impexconfig['system']['errorlogging'] = true;
in the ImpExConfig

Isn't it possible to import the guest names as well?
