phpbb 2.0.22 to vb 3.6.8 Fairly confident I have the correct paths as it is all green when I process the step - acts as though it works. But doesnt! |

This has been tested many times and usually turns out to be one of two things, either a vhost is reporting the wrong path or the wrong path is entered, this can be found by ssh'ing to the server and typing "pwd" in the dir where the source attachments are stored.
Or that the avatars are remotely stored and PHP doesn't have permissions to open files off the server. |

This is not a bug. You have to set the storage method to database do them import then manage where you want to store them.
