Alright... I have am co-locating at an ISP here in town that I have done so before and had excellent results. The thing is, I have PLENTY of bandwidth to spare and rack space for that matter.
Looking for interested parties who would like to share my co-location space. You provide your own server (Rack mount, prefer 1U)... cost would ~$200.00/month.

Where is this located?
How much BW to be exact... Hell I can colo a server, 1U, for 35 a month, not including bandwidth, and in a Cogent DC, its extremly cheap.....
Co-Location is located in Kansas City. Bandwidth should not be an issue unless you have or will be hosting someone running a site with lots of files for downloading. Right now, we are just looking for one additional co-location server. Cost would be around $175/month.

Ahh.. and you never answered my question... BW in KC isn't cheap, I can testify to that....
If your going to be selling something, your going to have to set exact limits, or when you do shut the person down, they can chargeback, saying, "But I didn't have files for download", so therefore, weren't using the bandwidth like you said, and can't be limited.......

Well, basically... I am not looking at being in the co-location business. I am just looking to share costs... more of a gentlemans agreement.

Ahh.. But when money changes hands, it goes from a gentlemens agreement into a business contract..... Haven't you ever watched Judge Judy :D
And don't forget that insurance....
80% of the time, when you get a cabinet, you sign a contract, waivering (sp?) all liablity of the ISP, to the property inside the cabinet... Meaning, if there was a fire, and you don't have that equipment inssured, including the hardware your hosting, you will have to pay to replace it, and any funds lost due to the incident....
I wouldn't get into this if your not ready to run a buisness, thats life, and you'd also have to provide support.....
There is no gentlemen's agreements when it comes to cash....
Whatever floats your boat... been doing it since 1996 and haven't had any issues with anyone.
