POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed. / cookie domain change

    Hi

We installed vBadvanced. The forum is on a subdomain. When trying to log in from the vBadvanced page this error occurs ("POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed.").

The forum cookie domain is a subdomain at the moment. When we change the cookie domain to the domain (instead of the subdomain) nobody can logoff anymore (because the cookie doesn't get deleted?). Is there some way to convert the cookies everytime somebody with an old cookie visits the forums?

    Thanks.

I've had this problem too (not using vbadvanced). My cookie domain was set as .mysite.com and it doesn't make any difference.

You would need to hotwire the post referrer check as a temporary measure.

Ok, fixed that. But still have that cookie problem.

Try posting on the vBAdvanced forums.
