    vBulletin 4.x Publishing Suite - What can I do with it?

    Hi, I have been out of the forum scene for a while and I would welcome some advice please.

    I own a licence for vBulletin 4.x Publishing Suite but I am not sure exactly what that entitles me to download and use. It seems to allow me to download vB 3.8.9 but I don't know if I have a right to use it.

      Yes you can run one instance of vBulletin, and it can be either 3.8.x or 4.2.x.
      If you are starting from scratch, 4.2.x is the best way to go. But you can go with 3.8.x instead if you prefer.
