Secondhand license problem

I bought a vbulletin 4.2 license in 2012 from [name removed]. I paid 100 usd for this license. The proof is down. I had been using this license before two months. He said i was a fraud and this license transferred to him. Please help me.

We can't mediate third-party purchases. You would need to resolve the issue with him or file a complaint with PayPal.

Yes, I understand. I bought this license with sellers permission but you are deleting my license without my permission.And I don't find any answers in membership area support.

I am sorry but this is a risk when you purchase a 2nd hand license. You need to work this out with the seller and/or PayPal.
