You created it on Jan 27th, and were responded to on the 28th (not 9 days).
You didnt provide working credentials, so you went back into the queue.
You posted another reply a few days ago which I believe put you back at the end of the queue
Someone will eventually get back to it, there is no need to post in the forum.

I oppend support ticket in Feb 8th after purchasing one month support, there is no response until now.
Please reply to my support ticket.
