Hi,
One problem that I seem to have is that if a member links to a picture in their album in a post with the 'www.' prefix and a user views said post, but is logged into the site without the 'www.' prefix they are unable to see the image.
Example:
User A posts the following, [*img]www.domainname.com/picture.php?albumid=X&pictureid=XX[/*img]
All users logged in with the 'www.' prefix CAN view said image.
User B who is logged in without the 'www.' (ie: http://domainname.com) cannot view the image. (comes up the blank 1x1 pixel)
This is a medium issue because about 50% of my forum logs in with the 'www.' prefix, while the other 50% does not. And ever since the 3.7.4pl1 upgrade about 90% use the album to host their images.
I tried to modify the cookie settings to the domain of '.domain.com' (with leading '.') however all that did was prevent any of my staff from logging into their respective control panels without the 'www.' prefix, and did not resolve my album issues.
Surely there must be a fix for something of this manner? Or am I just missing something?
Thank You.
