    Any ideas or suggestions to get this working?

    Thanks in advance.

    The site that you are trying to import from needs to add the proper XML tag at the top of the page:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

      Thanks for the quick response,
      I'll get in touch with my contacts at Activison/Treyarch/Infinity Ward to see if they can fix it.

        Sorry to bump an old thread but I have now gotten the same error. However, when looking at the feed source, it does say

        <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

        Any suggestions? All other feeds are working normally. Thanks.
