Akismet and SPAM where does it go?

I just upgraded to 3.7 and threw in the akismet key, but was curious, what do I do from here? Where does the spam go? I don't see any ACP options to tell vb what to actually do with the spam, any of the people who have been running 3.7 for a while know what actually happens to the spam? is it auto-deleted?

I think they are just listed as 'Moderated' and has to be approved to be viewed.

They are listed as moderated and also have a small shield displayed next to the moderated icon which means that they have been moderated by the askimet system and not through manual moderation or moderation due to permissions.
