Not Activated Users

i have alot of Not Activated Users and i want to delete them i know how can i delete them but the question is after i delete the Not Activated Users dose not effect in my forum database in the future the performance or any error
in the DB?

No, you can go to the admincp and prune the users from just this particular usergroup. It has no effect on performance
