Email issues? I need some help, please!!!!

When using the email.php command to send out a mass emailing while in cpadmin to my website members I am not receiving any emails when I include myself nor are the members, yet it shows that it's working when I send out the email command. Still no emails are showing up?

Anyone have any ideas of what to look at or change? As far as I know I have not done any changes to anything having to do with the email system.

Also no new members are getting there registration email when they first sign up to join the site. As you all know this is a real problem and I am in need of some help to get this working again.

      Hi Steve,

Thank you for the quick replay, here is what I got after running the email diag.

Let me know what I need to do next as I followed the next step of the link you sent me and it didn't seem to fix the problem.

Also so where do I find the "logs for your mailer daemon" to be located at?

      TY,
      Kyle

PS: sorry, I am still learning on the fly with VB...

Please make sure the SMTP information you have entered in the vBulletin Options is correct.

You will need to contact your host about the server mail logs.

This is either a problem with the SMTP server or a communication problem between your server and the SMTP one. You'll need to contact your host to troubleshoot this.
