Reply to Thread - how to edit?

Which template do I need to edit in order to add some text along the the lines of:

I'd like this to appear in a table underneath the main 'Reply to Thread' template.

Go to your

AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Edit Templates
