    Code:

i got so many database errors, my hosting company suspended my site, but because i have a reseller account and it was not my default account, i was able to unsuspend myself, phew for that lol

now, i have gone back in, and it finally worked, i was able to run the table repair and i am not getting any errors currently.

I'm going to do a full backup and save it now, incase they suspend me, that would be too scary for that to happen.

Repair is how you fix the 127 error. Means the record file is crashed.

You can upload the tools.php file from the vbulletin .zip file do_not_upload/ folder into your forumdir/admincp/ directory and run it through the browser, there's a switch there to run optimize and repair. Run it a few times for best result.

For too many connections make sure that you have persistant connections off in your config.php and you will just have to wait for it to go away. If you have your own dedicated server, you can increase this by creating or editing the mySQL configuration file. This is detailed here:

If you are on a shared server, asking your host might get this increased but you have little control over your connections on a shared server.

Okay now I was at least smart enough to do the repair table thing from the admin page and it fixes the symtoms. However, this is the second day in a row I've woken up to 1500 emails. What is the cause of this problem and how do I fix it?

The first error is db corrunption and iuf this happens regularly, then this is an indication of a poorly maintained and optimized server. You will need to contact your host about this.

The second one is a common problem with some add-ons or hacks. You can remove these to see if the problems go away.
