if you know ip from members, I want to know their location of this ips, then what can I do?

Because they are someone be our members but they keep make crazy things, I had block their ips but they still register again and again.

I really worry about it.

if u click on their ip when u look at their ips in admincp, it will resolve in most cases
a more detailed answer can be had by using http://www.whois.sc/IP HERE

you should get an abuse@something email from the whois.sc page...use it
