How Do I Make Something Like This?

I made a HTML page and put a button to get to it on the main bar on my forums. A friend showed me this page and it looks like it was made using the VB software. Can I make something like this on mine? Where it has the columns and shows the username of the people who done the certain things? Thanks

There is no function to do this. This requires wqriting custom code (which I assume timeslips.php is.) You can try asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
