How to change User Title Color (not Glow)

ok did a search and found out only how to make it glow.

I have looked at all the threads and searched at vB.org and I just can't find out how to allow Glowing Usertitles for individual members. In vB2 we could just put in the HTML for the text color and glow, but if I put that in now, the only part of the code that gets used is bold. The glow doesn't go into effect. I know this

How do I chage the color under Usergroup -> User title.

    Users cannot change assigned titles

To change the colour of a user title, go to the User Title manager (Admin CP --> User Titles) and go to the edit screen of the desired user title. Then simply change the user title to:

    Code:
    <span style="color:[color=red]PLACE COLOUR HERE[/color]">[color=blue]PLACE USER TITLE HERE[/color]</span>
Replacing the two colored portions in the code above with their respective values. Then press [Save]. Next go to:

Admin CP --> Import & Maintenance --> Update Counters

And run Update User Titles for your change to take effect.
