Cannot set time limit in safe mode.

I just installed 3.0.1 but when I try to create a board it says.....

Did you enable safemode in the AdminCP?

Edit admincp/forum.php

change line 19 from:

set_time_limit(0);

to:

@set_time_limit(0);
