IP log info question

I have three new members that are causing problems on our Forums. When I searched the IP log for our domain, I noticed that the three had the exact same browser, and other matching info, but with different Internet Service Providers.

Is it possible that the three people below are the same person, using the same computer?

Note: These are the only three members I have seen with the "ELNSB50::000041100320025802a00119000000000506
000900000000" after the "operating system type". Is this a serial number for a server?

Thanks Filbert1, I guess Earthlink has become one big "ISP Broker" lately. All the people in the examples above have Earthlink (they have the sandbox numbers), but are farmed out to other ISP's for the actual internet connection. I have Earthlink in Alabama, and when I tracert my own numbers, they read like I am from North Carolina using Level 3.

It still seems strange that three different people would have the exact same sandbox numbers, and using NT for home computers also. I didn't think anyone used NT for their home computer, especially someone that cannot even clear their own cookies without help.
