ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved

The below is what I get when trying to login with IE 5.5, Netscape is doing fine.

I've tested with several PCs with IE 5.5 installed, some can login some cant. I wonder what's wrong with it. Could it be IE's setting or vb's problem?

This is a server problem, not IE or vB.

a server problem? how could two pc with same IE version, one could access it all the time and the other couldnt?

Unless they were tested at the exact same second I'm willing to bet that the server is having problems on and off. I could be completely wrong though.

It's IE definately, I've got two pc online on the same place testing it.. tested with Netscape too and it seems Netscape arent affected so the solution for now is to informed my users to use Netscape (yucks!) while I ponder on what's wrong with IE. Anyone else have an idea or two about this?
