    vBulletin 4.1.7 is now available for download from your members area.

    vBulletin 4.1.7 release focuses on bug fixes and contains updates to the core vBulletin software.

    Please note:
    • We always recommend that you back up your database fully before attempting to upgrade your Forum

    Guys, please be aware of http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-13276, which may affect highly customized/modded sites. The issue seems to have been caused by the request in http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-9416. We're reverting the code changes for the request, and will hopefully have an updated version of 4.1.7 for anyone affected later today or tomorrow.

            Special Instructions for users with the Mobile Style:

            If you have the mobile style installed, you need to reimport the three XML files for the Mobile Style after running the upgrade script. This is because the upgrader will try to automatically merge the new template changes with your Mobile Style and make it inoperable.

            Until specific issues are resolved with how vBulletin handles the Mobile Style, you will need to do this after every upgrade. If you need further assistance please post in the vBulletin 4 Support Forums.

              There are 17 stylevar changes in 4.1.7. Please review them before upgrading in case they affect any of your custom styles.
