Cannot Upgrade to 5.2.0; Stuck at 5.2.0 Alpha 3

    Cannot Upgrade to 5.2.0; Stuck at 5.2.0 Alpha 3

    I was trying to upgrade from 5.1.10 to the latest version 5.2.0 Patch Level 1, but I kept on being stuck at "Processing 5.2.0 Alpha 3, Step 7 of 8. It does not progress, sometimes I waited for more than an hour. When I checked by clicking on Query Status, it says no Processes Ongoing. What could be the problem? I would appreciate any help.
