domain.com/core/install/install.php keeps redirecting and fails

As title says, /core/install/install.php just redirects to itself it seems and I get this:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

Issue resolved, for some reason a file had the wrong permissions and it caused...
