Can not access AdminCP after url change !

I wanted to change the domain . for that i changed these marked two url to a new domain url... and in the members area too.. but after changing the url i can not access the admin cp---

after login its showing with the new domain url---- 404: Page Not Found


This page does not exist


how can i solve this problem now.. please help.... and How can i change domain Name in vBulletin 5.2.4???
