Hi guys.
Using the cloud and all seems to be working well so far. How do I stop users from creating multiple accounts? Any help will be appreciated.

It depends what you mean by "multiple accounts".
By default only one account per email address can be created. If someone is using a different email address to make a second account, then the software can't know that's the case.

Hi thank you for your response. Is there any way the software can pick up on IP addresses?

Not without an add-on. But this approach simply won't work because you're assuming everyone has a fixed IP. Many do not, so all you end up doing is banning genuine users who have picked up an IP that was once used on your forum.
