    Upgrade Stuck and Layout Issues

    My upgrade process to 5.1.7 stuck at 147%, yes,

    And after this, the layout of private message template is destroyed, I've tried other layouts on this page but none is displaying the content correctly.

    And, it is displaying 2 in the top notification area but nothing in the content/messages/notifications?

          Revert all customizations to CSS templates except the css_addiitonal.css templates.

          Step 20 isn't really required. You can skip it. Though it can cause errors like the first screenshot and you'll need to revert templates.
