Just to keep this updated in case anyone else has the same issues and reads this thread.
vbulletin told me to go into my admincp and make changes to some settings to fix the fact that I can't log in to my admincp.
Yeah. That happened.
The settings they asked me to change were to make my private forum no longer private. Not really an acceptable answer even if I could get into my admincp.Comment

You only need to make the top level channels, home and forum, visible to guests.
You can go into each of the individual forums and still have those set to be non-viewable.

Can you access it by using /core/admincp rather than /admincp?
This method shouldn't normally be used but if you are otherwise locked out then it may resolve the issue.
If you can get in that way, clear the system cache as the very first thing you do.

Nope.I get a page that displays the number 1 and that's it.
I put in a ticket 5 days ago and they abandoned me 3 days ago. It's starting to border on unacceptable. I've been a vbulletin member a long ass time(and have spent well over $600 on upgrades) and I'm starting to regret it lately. I understand people are trying to help, but more communication with your customers would be appreciated.Comment
