Can you try creating a new copy of /core/includes/config.php?
Make one out of the new copy that's in the download package.

You could have a corrupted character in there, especially if you edited it using Windows Notepad.

    Try editing it with this:

Notepad++, it's a free text editor for Windows that won't mess up the file.

Yes but you need to try creating a new one from scratch.

I would also grab a fresh copy of the whole download package and upload these to the server, talking care to overwrite what's already there.

That was I did before. I take a new one and put in my server details. I can send you the copy but not in this public. I know what I am doing. I am with vbulletin before you did.

As mentioned, the next step is to put a fresh copy of the files up.

same problem after deleting all files except 2 config file. Then extract the zip and all brand new files.

These errors, say otherwise. Note the error on line one? Make sure those files are being saved as ASCII/ANSI plaintext and NOT utf8

I used the encoding> convert to ANSI and now it working. Thank you very much Zachery, there was one time I think I have made you angry in the past. It is all because product instability and frustration.
To help me today, I would say I am sorry for it.

Both config was downloaded from server and edited in notepad++. so the line one error is mistake. Its not it, it was the UTF8 when open in notepad++
