I've had this issue before, looks like it is related to http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-11902, Ticketid: 1236795, how do I fix?795BlackBerry Empire #1 BlackBerry news site and BlackBerry forum. -
That Jira issue was fixed in 5.1.0 and you said you are running 5.1.1.
What did you do just prior to this problem? Disable all your plugins and see if you still have the same issue - AdminCP > Settings > Options > Plugins > Enable Plugins > No.
Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

Then the problem is with one of your products/plugins. You may want to go into debug mode and see if there is a more specific error to lead you to the actual product causing the issue.
To enable debug mode edit the /config.php file and change:
Code:$config['debug'] = false;
Code:$config['debug'] = true;
Code:// $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;
Code:$config['Misc']['debug'] = true;
Code:if($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] == "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx") { CODE HERE }
