    Flag report permissions

Which permission actually controls the management of Flagged posts? (marking as closed, open, or deletion)
We are also having problems with some permissions still being applied after changing a user's usergroup. (we changed a super moderator user to a regular user and still keeps getting flag reports)

We are using vBulletin 5.0.5 (upgraded from 3.8.4)

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thank you.

It's kinda sad we purchased a $249 piece of software and not even get any hint of answer from any of the mods.

Have you checked that the user is not still listed as a moderator in any forums?

        Hi Mark B.

Thank you very much for the reply. We really appreciate any response as we've been quite frustrated with some of the problems not knowing if it was a forum issue or just a settings issue.

Oh if the they are a moderator in any forum(even if they are set as a regular use in user groups), they will still receive flag reports on any forum? Is this how it works?

        Thanks Mark!

Yes if they are listed as a moderator anywhere then they will have access to flag reports.
