I am an administrator with full permissions and am trying to turn off Registered Users posting capability... I click on the "no" boxes and hit update... It cycles for a while and goes back to the managers main page and stops. I go back to verify the change and nothing had changed! I can't turn off the posting permissions for registered members! What should I do??? Thanks!
