iOS app rejected

My iOS app was rejected by Apple.
They sent a screenshot of my app that shows an error "There appears to be a connection issue between your device and [my forum]. Please try again."
Does someone know what this is related to?
I contacted VB support but I guess that they are busy. It's been a week and I still don't know how to fix this.
