    Download Xcode 5 from here - https://developer.apple.com/download...on?name=Xcode#

After downloading, just drag and drop Xcode onto Applications and it'll ask you if you want to keep both or replace. I would choose replace for the moment (assuming you don't use xcode for anything else at the moment..) and then revert to xcode 6 once signing is done..

I think its on page 2 of https://developer.apple.com/download...ion?name=Xcode

You could download it and drag and drop to applications after opening the DMG. It'll ask you if you want to keep both or replace it, I chose the replace option, but I still face the same issue.. The same "signing failed" error..

        Hi all,

I see every one have a problem with the same "signing failed" error. So, where the technical support? I already made the support tickets but they did not solve the problem.

What version of OSX and XCODE are you using? If your using XCODE 5, you must be on Mavericks. If you're XCODE 6, you must be on Yosemite.
