| I am in the middle of upgrading from 4.1.7 to 4.2.2 The file upload seemed to go OK I have pointed the browser to the update.php file and that process began and I entered my customer number. It is now "Processing 4.1.8 Beta 1, Step 1 of 4" There is no progress in the progress bar below that, just some scrolling bars apparently indicating something is happening. This has been going on for 30 minutes now. Is there something wrong or could this take a very long time? How will I know if the process has failed? What should I do then? |
