[Forum] deactivation the what's new tab in the navigation manager is not working

hello
i am trying to deactivate the what's new tab in the navigation manager but it is not working, it still shows.i am deactivating it from settings/navigation manager then un checking it.
how to deactivate it?

Make sure your navbar template is reverted.

in fact, The navigation manager is not working at all (adding-deactivating)

That would mean you're not using the default template for the navbar or you have an addon that is conflicting with the navigation manager. You need to use an unedited template and disable any addons you used previously.
