    [Forum] vB 4.1.2 Thumbnails not displaying when images are attached

    Unable to see thumbnails of uploaded images; only links

    is this a bug or am I missing something ?

      Check your settings in AdminCP > Settings > Options > message attachment options and make sure you have them on. Also make sure your usergroup permissions say you can view thumbnails. If necessary, check that in Forum Permissions > find forum > find usergroup. And lastly, you may want to try maintenance > update counters > rebuild thumbnails.

          found the culprit at usergroup's permissions

              Same problem here

              I just updated to 4.1.3 yesterday and none of the attachments are showing the thumbnails. It's now just links.

              I tried the above ideas and it did not fix it.

              What else can I try?

                  Did you rebuild your thumbnails? Are you permissions correct?

                      I am also have the same problem. Rebuilt all the thumbnails and permissions are correct.
