[Forum] vBulletin Forum homepage sidebar

How do I set up or enable Forum home collapsible sidebars like the ones on this site. I searched but couldnt find. The ones on this site looks good, especially the tag cloud box...

Admin CP -> options -> Forum Sidebar -> setup these options as needed
Forums & Mods -> Forum blocks -> Add the blocks

Then go to

Forums & Moderators > Forum Blocks Manager > Add new block

I wondered about that second part two. I found the 'blocks', but didn't know it had the pre-made blocks...cool!
