    Abort of upgrade

    I upgraded on a test site and all went fine but when I upgraded the live site it gave this error during the blog portion

    Upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3

          The error is mysql server has gone away, just rerun the upgrade it should continue on from where it failed, assuming your mysql server is available. If the error persists talk to your host about getting it resolved.

            From your first post, it seems that an addon is causing the problem. "dbtech_thanks_unknown_click_error"

            Make sure all your queries are smaller than your MySQL server's max_allowed_packet size. We recommend settings this to at least 4 Megabytes. Bigger is better.
