While trying to upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 I on a server running PHP 5.3.29 am getting the following:
Clearly this message does not make any sense because 5.3.29 is "5.3 or greater".
Is this a typo? Does it actually require PHP 5.4 or 5.5?
Please advise. Thanks.

- This version of vBulletin requires PHP version 5.3 or greater. Your PHP is version 5.3.29, please ask your host to upgrade.
